General Terms and Conditions – Postcard Advantage 10%

Have you received an exclusive Anatura Hotel postcard? Someone thought of you to come and discover our magnificent hotel or the SENSA restaurant!

The postcard is a personal voucher allowing its holder, under certain conditions, to benefit from a discount on their stay or at the SENSA restaurant.

The use of this card implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. Cards distributed during the inauguration

Cards handed out and completed during the inauguration of the hotel have already been validated. For these cards only (cards without a sticker), the discount will be applied according to the conditions presented at that time, even if they differ from this version.

2. General conditions of use

Reservation via Booking.com, another operator, or direct booking with advance payment
→ 10% discount granted only on one main course at the SENSA restaurant (excluding drinks, special menus, and private events).

Direct booking with payment on site
→ 10% discount granted on the amount of the stay (excluding breakfast, taxes, and extras).

3. Terms of use

At the time of use, two options are available to the holder:

Card submission

• The card is signed and dated by a member of the Anatura team.
• The card is retained by the establishment.

Keeping as a souvenir by the holder

• The card is signed and dated by a member of the Anatura team.
• The card is returned to the customer after the discount has been applied.

4. Validity

The card is valid for a single use.

Offer not combinable with other promotions, packages, or current benefits.

The discount is calculated on the net amount excluding taxes and extras.

5. Reservations

The establishment reserves the right to refuse any card that is damaged, falsified, or used in violation of these conditions.
