To guarantee your reservation, we ask for a credit card number. This ensures that your reservation is secured and allows us to prepare your welcome under the best conditions. Payment information is processed securely, and you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your stay.
What cancellation options are available?
We offer flexibility for your travel plans: you can cancel your reservation without charge until 6:00 PM on the day before your arrival. This option allows you to plan with peace of mind, knowing that unforeseen circumstances can always arise.
However, cancellation is not possible if you have booked a non-refundable stay.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to allow you to fully enjoy the facilities and settle in comfortably. Check-out is required by 11:00 AM.
