Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and use of the 10-entry Pass offered by PROLWEIS SARL, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
Purchasing the Pass implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 – Offer description
The ANATURA SPA Pass includes 10 entries granting access to the wellness area.
Each entry includes:
- individual access
- a maximum duration of 3 consecutive hours
This Pass is a package offer at a preferential rate.
Article 3 – Validity
The Pass is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
After expiry:
- unused entries are forfeited
- no refunds, extensions or transfers will be granted
Article 4 – Conditions of use
The Pass is valid:
- Monday to Friday
- excluding public holidays and weekends
- excluding exceptional periods defined by ANATURA SPA
Article 5 – Nature of the Pass
The Pass is non-nominative.
Each entry is valid for one person and deducted upon use.
Article 6 – Pricing
The Pass is offered at a preferential rate.
Additional charges may apply for holidays or special events.
Article 7 – Purchase
The Pass is digital and managed within the system.
Article 8 – Reservation
Access requires prior booking and is subject to availability.
Article 9 – Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24h before.
Late cancellation or no-show = entry deducted.
Article 10 – Liability
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of information and use of the Pass.
Article 11 – Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with regulations.
Article 12 – Disputes
Luxembourg courts have jurisdiction.
Article 13 – Acceptance
Purchase implies full acceptance.
